Terms of Service

1. Who you’re dealing with

FixMyWorkflow (the “Site”) is operated by BMOptimize SIA, a private limited company registered in Latvia, registration number 40203359436. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean BMOptimize SIA.

2. What you’re agreeing to

By using the Site, signing up for the email course, or joining the coaching waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required under your local law to consent to processing of personal data.

3. The coaching waitlist

The waitlist on this Site is an indication of interest, not a contract for services. Joining the waitlist:

• does not obligate you to purchase anything,
• does not obligate us to provide coaching, open spots, or set a price,
• does not guarantee priority, slot availability, or any specific terms when spots do open.

We may contact you about availability, pricing, and the offer when we’re ready to open spots. You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying to any of our emails or using the unsubscribe link.

4. The free 7-day email course

“Become an Operator” is a free educational email series. We provide it as-is for general information. It is not business, legal, financial, or tax advice. You’re responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

You can unsubscribe from the course at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

5. Marketing communications

If you tick the newsletter checkbox when signing up, you’re also opting in to Solo Operators Manifest, our weekly newsletter. This opt-in is separate from the course or waitlist. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter independently at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the emails (copy, course material, design, code) is owned by BMOptimize SIA or licensed to us. You may read and use it for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute it without written permission.

You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source, in line with standard fair-use conventions.

7. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• submit false information, automate signups, or otherwise abuse the email form,
• scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site or its content,
• use the Site to send unsolicited communications, harass anyone, or violate any law.

We may suspend or remove access (for example, block your email address from our lists) if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these terms.

8. No guarantees

The Site, the course, and any future coaching are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties about results, revenue, outcomes, fit, or uninterrupted availability. Anyone’s mileage will vary, your business is yours to run.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMOptimize SIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our free content. Our total liability for any direct damages connected to the free Site or course is limited to EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

10. Third-party services

The Site relies on third parties, including:

• Vercel for hosting and serverless function infrastructure,
• Brevo for email list management and delivery,
• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel for analytics and audience measurement (only if you consent to non-essential cookies).

Each of these has its own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for their independent conduct.

11. Privacy

Personal data you provide is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or by email where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Latvian courts, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections you have under EU law in your country of residence.
