Terms of Service

1. Who you’re dealing with

FixMyWorkflow is a brand of SIA BMOptimize, a private limited company registered in Latvia, registration number 40203359436, VAT number LV40203359436, registered address Cēsu nov., Vaives pag., Krīvi, "Bērzi 3" - 23, LV-4136, Latvia. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean SIA BMOptimize, and it is SIA BMOptimize you contract with. The company is represented by its sole board member, Kārlis Micpaps.

2. What you’re agreeing to

These terms apply when you use fixmyworkflow.com (the “Site”), sign up for any of our emails, or book or buy any service we offer on it. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required under your local law to consent to processing of personal data. If you buy a service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

3. Our services

The services we offer, what each one includes, and its price are described on the Site and at the point of booking. That description, together with these terms, is the agreement for the service you book. Where something has been agreed separately in writing between you and SIA BMOptimize, that written agreement takes priority over these terms where they differ.

• Prices are shown on the Site, in the currency shown there.
• Paid services are booked and paid for through our booking and payment providers when you book. Recurring services are charged each period until you cancel them.
• Delivery times are given as estimates and depend on you sending what the work needs. We tell you promptly if a date is going to move.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as you can at contact@bmoptimize.com.
• We may decline or cancel a booking we cannot deliver well, and refund what you paid for it.

Refunds. If you are not happy with a service you paid for, tell us at contact@bmoptimize.com and we refund what you paid for it, in full. For a recurring service, the full refund applies to the first month. After that you can cancel at any time by emailing us, and the service stops at the end of the month you have paid for.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Latvian or EU law.

4. Your material and the work we make

Anything you send us for the work, such as your logo, photos, text or access to your accounts, stays yours. You confirm you have the right to give it to us for this purpose. We use it only to do the work you booked.

Once a service is paid for, what we made for you under it is yours to use, including the website or page and its code. We may keep using our own general methods, templates and know-how, and we may mention that we worked with you unless you ask us not to.

5. Free content and emails

Our emails, articles, videos and any other free material are general information, provided as-is. They are not business, legal, financial or tax advice, and you’re responsible for decisions you make based on them. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link at the bottom of it.

If you tick the marketing checkbox when signing up, you also agree to marketing emails about what we build and sell. That is separate from any other email you signed up for, and you can leave it on its own. Our Substack newsletters are separate again: we do not subscribe you to them from this Site.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our emails (copy, design, code, videos) is owned by SIA BMOptimize or licensed to us. You may read and use it for your own reference. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute it without written permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source.

7. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• submit false information, automate signups, or otherwise abuse the Site’s forms,
• scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site or its content,
• use the Site to send unsolicited communications, harass anyone, or break any law.

We may suspend or remove access, for example by removing your email address from our lists, if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these terms.

8. No guarantees

We do the work we describe with care, but we make no promise of any commercial result, such as enquiries, sales, revenue or search ranking. Those depend on things we do not control. The Site and our free content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA BMOptimize will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. For a paid service, the most we will ever owe you is a refund of what you paid for that service. For the free Site and free content, our total liability is limited to EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct), or your rights as a consumer.

10. Third-party services

The Site and our services rely on third parties for hosting, email, booking, payments and analytics, described in the Privacy Policy. Each has its own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their independent conduct.

11. Privacy

Personal data you provide is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. A service you already booked stays under the terms that applied when you booked it. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Latvian courts, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
